Job Description
About the job Business Analyst (Process Improvement, Automation & AI) Responsibilities
- Engage department stakeholders to understand existing workflows, pain points, and business objectives through interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.
- Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes, ensuring requirements are captured clearly and comprehensively, with a focus on process simplification, standardisation, and automation opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation, digitalisation, and AI enablement by assessing the suitability of tasks and processes for automation, AI assistance, system integration (e.g. SAP) , or manual execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business departments and IT teams, translating business requirements into functional requirements and ensuring delivered solutions meet user expectations.
