Business Analyst (Loyalty Solutions)

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Azure DevOps adoption and implementation project within the Loyalty Solutions team;


• Gather, analyze, and define business requirements related to the use of Azure DevOps;


• Support the design and implementation of processes, workflows, backlogs, user stories, and best practices within Azure DevOps;


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams beyond the Loyalty Solutions domain to ensure alignment and successful implementation;


• Ensure business requirements are translated into clear, structured, and high-quality functional specifications, adapting the solution to business needs.
