Business Analyst

The role

Role responsibility

Working closely with legal and business teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.

Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating stakeholder needs into practical technology solutions.

Analysing and redesigning workflows to improve efficiency, user experience and service delivery.

Supporting technology and change initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through to implementation.
