Zurich Capability Center is looking for a

Business Analyst

You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of business processes leveraging the INSIS platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong insurance domain expertise with hands-on INSIS experience, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops with clients to analyze, design, and optimize business processes aligned with INSIS capabilities.

Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.

Configure and support solutions within INSIS PAS and/or BLC.

Design functional solutions that align business requirements with system capabilities.
