Job Description
The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with public sector to look for an IT Business Analyst , who is responsible for gathering requirements, supporting IT system implementation and BAU operations, coordinating testing and project activities , and managing stakeholder and vendor engagement to ensure effective delivery and system performance.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis, preferably in IT system implementation environments
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and testing coordination
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Experience in managing operational issues, escalation processes, and system support
