Description We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina in a contract capacity with the potential to become permanent. This role partners with operational and corporate teams to turn business data into practical recommendations that strengthen fleet performance, improve planning, and support more effective day-to-day decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, clear communication skills, and the ability to work across departments to connect reporting, processes, and operational outcomes.
