Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to support a significant ServiceNow implementation for one of our large financial clients. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders to refine and hone existing requirements while gathering new requirements as needed. They will work cross-functionally with multiple teams in a highly matrixed environment, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and aligned to support downstream development and testing efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations. This position is 5 days onsite / 40 hours per week.
