Responsibilities
Engage project team members to identify business resources needed to complete tasks and reach objectives.
Support maintenance of the RTR schedule by tracking detailed task progress and highlighting gaps.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about progress.
Capture decisions, actions, and commitments, and maintain accurate follow-up records.
Support the Record to Report team by providing visibility and tracking of upcoming tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software or digital applications.
Experience with accounting and finance business process is an asset.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps).
Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
