We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Group Functions Change team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, getting under the skin of business problems and turning complex requirements into clear, practical outputs.
You’ll work across BAU change and transformation activity, partnering with Business Analysts, Project Managers, sponsors and technical delivery teams to help shape and deliver effective solutions. The role would suit someone who is structured, curious, collaborative and confident working across the full change delivery lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
- Defining and agreeing business requirements with impacted stakeholders
- Documenting processes, requirements and supporting solution documentation
- Facilitating workshops, solution discussions and stakeholder conversations
- Supporting business case development and data-led decision-making
