Job Description
12-month fixed term role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work closely withoperational leaders, subject matter experts, project teams, and digital
specialists to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver value
through technology and process improvement.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to the business, leading
discovery activities, facilitating workshops, gathering and documenting
requirements, and supporting the delivery of digital initiatives from concept
through to implementation. You'll also play an important leadership role within
the BA community by mentoring others and helping drive consistent business
analysis practices across the organisation.
