Business Analyst - AIWorkflow & Automation

An exciting opportunity is available for a technically minded Business Analyst to support the design, configuration and delivery of AI-enabled workflows across a complex enterprise environment.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business analysis, automation, AI tools and stakeholder engagement. You will partner with subject-matter experts, engineers, data teams, product, risk, security and change specialists to turn real business problems into practical, well-defined AI workflow solutions.

You will be hands-on in discovery, workflow design and prototyping, using no-code and low-code agent builder tools such as n8n, Flowise, Langflow, OpenAI Agent Builder or similar platforms.
