Business Analysis Manager - SHEIN (Lac-Brome)

Position Summary

The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for leading the business analytics function across warehousing, logistics, procurement and supply chain operations. This role serves as a strategic business partner to operations and leadership teams by providing data‑driven insights, financial analysis, project management and decision support to improve service levels, optimise costs and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Budget Planning & Financial Management
   • Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
   • Develop budget models and financial planning mechanisms to support operational and strategic decision‑making.
   • Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
   • Partner with Finance and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial forecasting and cost control.
