About the Role

As Business Accounting Manager, you will lead a team of trusted finance professionals who provide strategic advice, financial leadership, and commercial insight to operational leaders across the Department.
You will play a key role in ensuring sound financial decision‑making, driving continuous improvement, and enabling the successful delivery of conservation outcomes.
Working closely with Operations Directors, managers, the Chief Financial Officer, and Finance Unit colleagues, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, performance reporting, business case assurance, and strategic initiatives while fostering a high‑performing, collaborative team.
