Drive operational success as an Operations Manager for JLL at the Mapleview Shopping Centre in Burlington, ON. Lead efforts in tenant support, budget control, and sustainability initiatives.
In this full-time role, you will oversee the center’s operations, ensuring all standards of efficiency and safety are met. You'll mentor a committed team while managing critical budgets and supporting sustainability. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing property performance and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily property inspections for quality control
• Lead and coach direct reports within operations
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and track variances
• Manage procurement and compliance for service contracts
• Drive sustainability initiatives within property operations
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of management experience
• Post-secondary qualifications in relevant fields
• Strong background in building systems knowledge
