Seeking an experienced and highly skilled maintenance professional to perform a broad range of maintenance duties for District buildings, facilities, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include maintaining the recreation center, public works buildings, water treatment plant, pump stations, parks, beaches, golf courses, ski area, athletic fields, and wetland areas. This is a senior level position requiring advanced technical proficiency in the operation, maintenance, repair, construction, and troubleshooting of a wide range of building systems and equipment across all IVGID facilities. The position requires the ability to diagnose complex issues, perform skilled repairs, and ensure District assets are maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient condition.
