Building Systems Maintenance Technician - Preventive & Repairs

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. This role requires maintaining small to medium-sized buildings and their systems, performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and conducting routine inspections.

The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma or trade school diploma and 1-2 years of job-related experience. Strong communication skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products are necessary, along with the ability to lift/carry heavy loads.
