Building Surveyor
Location: Colchester area
Salary: up to £35,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (39.5 hrs/week)
Are you an experienced Measured Building Surveyor with a passion for laser scanning, CAD, and BIM? Our client is a well-established UK design and survey agency, delivering first-class solutions across retail, hospitality, hospitals, schools, airports, and more. This is a field-based role with travel across the UK and Europe, working on diverse projects and capturing high-quality survey data.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct measured building surveys using terrestrial laser scanning equipment across various sites.
Process point cloud data and produce accurate CAD drawings and BIM models.
Manage surveys from site handover to internal team, providing all relevant data for final deliverables.
Travel efficiently across the UK and Europe, coordinating multiple client jobs per week.
