The Opportunity
- Intermediate building surveyor recently RICS chartered or close to.
- Able to provide high quality commercial advice from a consultancy perspective to a diverse range of institutional investors, landlords and corporate occupiers across all asset classes.
- Experienced and able to assist with technical due diligence, make‑good & dilapidations, CAPEX planning, project monitoring and schedules of condition.
- Applications welcomed from those on working holiday visa’s.
As the Successful Candidate You Will Be
