Location: Lesmill Road Toronto, ON

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hour
Staffmax is currently hiring a Building Superintendent for one of our clients in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, hands-on maintenance professional to support the daily operations of a large residential apartment complex.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-operated property while delivering excellent customer service to tenants and working closely with the property management team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily building inspections, including common areas, parking garage, mechanical rooms, stairwells, hallways, and exterior grounds.
Complete maintenance requests, minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and follow up on completed work orders.
