Job Description

I am currently working on behalf of an award winning Main Contractor who specialise in Cat A and Cat B Commercial Office Fit Out projects in the London Area who are searching for a Building Services Manager to work alongside a Senior TSM or an Experienced Technical Services Manager managing M&E packages downstream with M&E Contractors.

If you have relevant experience working on Commercial Fit out projects in the UK managing Mechanical packages and have a strong understanding of both M&E Packages and would be interested in discussing this role further, please contact me on

Duties will include :

  • Sub Contractor liaison
  • Monitoring program
  • Monitoring sign offs
  • Monitoring Commissions schedule
  • Monitoring Snagging and defects

    • Must have :

  • Fit Out experience.
  • Full understanding of M&E Packages.
  • UK project experience.
  • Authorisation to work in the UK.
