Building Property Head

The Building Property Head shall be responsible for the day-to-day building/condominium/commercial operations, ensuring a safe environment, peaceful surroundings, adherence to rules, policies, and standards, and protection of property values. He/She shall be the point person of all unit owners and tenants with regard to queries, requests, and concerns they might have relevant to their property or leased space.

• Draft, implement, and revisit building rules, ensuring they are adhered to and are continuously and uniformly implemented across all unit owners, tenants, guests, visitors, deliveries, and other suppliers.
• Review third-party deployments and monitor performance in compliance with quality standards and adherence to contract stipulations, viability, and cost impact.
