We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Building Performance and Service Coordinator to support post-installation service and warranty operations. This role is responsible for coordinating warranty claims, scheduling field repairs, and ensuring customer concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is committed to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
THE DAY TO DAY
Work as part of a crew on precast concrete projects.
Receive, review, and manage customer warranty inquiries and claims 
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding post-construction warranty concerns 
Coordinate inspections, site visits, repairs, and corrective actions with internal teams and subcontractors
