Job Overview

JLL is hiring a Building Operator on a fixed-term contract of six months to join the Property Management Team at 44 Charles, a busy upscale residential complex located in Toronto, ON. The role is essential to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and resident retention.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant and user service calls and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Perform maintenance tasks in one or more trades: carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.
• Assist other building operations staff as directed.
• Conduct water treatment testing and analysis, adjusting chemical feeds to maintain proper levels.
• Serve as relief for other similar positions when incumbents are absent.
• Keep workspaces, common areas, and mechanical/electrical areas clean, organized, and compliant with custodial duties as directed.
• Execute additional related duties as reasonably assigned.
