Overview
The Building Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of Sheridan Centre, a large-scale retail property in Mississauga, ON. This position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, monitoring, and control of all building systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety. Working under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Building Operator will ensure all systems operate within established standards and regulatory compliance, delivering a safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient environment for tenants, customers, and staff.
The Building Operator must demonstrate a commitment to customer service and what it entails, with a focus on Client, Tenant and internal stakeholders. A strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively is critical to being successful in this role.
