Building Operator in Calgary

Aspen is seeking a dedicated Building Operator to support our property in Calgary. This role focuses on building systems management and tenant relationships in a dynamic work environment.

As a Building Operator at Aspen, you will be responsible for maintaining the operating systems of our twelve downtown Calgary buildings. This position requires strong skills in HVAC systems, tenant service, and preventative maintenance. An emphasis on teamwork and customer service will enable you to thrive in our collaborative atmosphere, reporting to the Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the property appearance meets high standards
• Oversee tenant life safety and convenience
• Manage tasks from Preventative Maintenance and Tenant Service systems
• Respond promptly to tenant requests via Aspen APP
• Liaise with trades to coordinate services
