Building Manager - 500,000 SF Office Property (Malaysia)

We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of a premier 500,000 square foot office building in Malaysia. The successful candidate will lead a team of 4 staff members while serving as the primary point of contact for tenants and ensuring optimal building performance, safety, and tenant satisfaction through comprehensive facility management and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Tenant Relations & Services
  • Serve as primary liaison between tenants and building ownership, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular tenant meetings and property tours while maintaining detailed records of all tenant interactions.
