Our client, a leading organization in building management and facilities services, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the facilities team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Building Maintenance Technician

**Location:** San Ramon, CA

**Shift:** 7:00AM-3:30PM Monday - Friday

**Pay :** $28/hr - $30/hr

**What's the Job?**

+ Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
+ Respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner
+ Inspect building and premises for safety hazards and perform necessary maintenance to eliminate such hazards
