Position Overview
The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for buildings and grounds, ensuring the installation and
upkeep of systems and equipment, and seasonal duties related to property maintenance. Demonstrates
Mustad values, showing respect for and engagement with co-workers, especially as they contribute to a
quality product and organization success.
Essential Job Functions (required duties and responsibilities)
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Performs or assists with maintenance and repair of all facilities’ heating/AC, plumbing and lighting
systems. Ensures preventive maintenance is scheduled and performed throughout the year, following
all safety and SOP regulations and procedures, including Mustad Performance System (MPS)
• Performs all janitorial duties daily or weekly, as needed, including, but not limited to sweeping
production and office areas,...
