BUILDING MAINTENANCE STAFF



Job Qualifications:

At least 2 years vocational graduate

With at least 1 yr experience in being Electrician, Aircon Technician, and Driver

With a valid Driver’s License (Automatic or Manual)

Willing to be assigned at NYK TDG PHILIPPINES INC., Cabuyao, Laguna for direct hire.



Job Description:

Inspect and maintain office areas, warehouses, and garages for cleanliness and safety.

Perform routine checks on lighting, ventilation, and plumbing systems.

Ensure restrooms, break rooms, and common areas are stocked and sanitary.

Monitor pest control and coordinate treatments when necessary.

Conduct daily inspections of electrical panels, outlets, and wiring for safety compliance.

Maintain HVAC systems: filter replacement, thermostat calibration, and seasonal servicing.

Test backup generators and emergency lighting systems regularly
