- Develop, update, and maintain accurate BIM models, construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Prepare and coordinate 2D drawings, 3D models, schedules, and technical documentation required for project execution, submission, and construction purposes.
- Create, modify, and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software to support project delivery.
- Coordinate and integrate BIM models across multiple disciplines, including architectural, structural, M&E, and other project stakeholders, to ensure consistency and accuracy of design information.
- Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and constructability assessments to identify and resolve design conflicts, discrepancies, and coordination issues in a timely manner.
