Summary Assist in coordinating the complete budgetary program for the entire Medical Center. Welcome to VA Long Beach Tibor Rubin - History Responsibilities Review program data for the Supervisory Budget Analyst and serves as advisor to the Assistant Financial Officer (AFO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Compile, consolidate, review, analyze, and edit daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual fiscal reports as required by VACO, VISN, and/or station management. Review and maintain employment, obligation, expenditure, and workload reports while keeping management informed of their status and any significate changes. Complete projections for financial resources for a variety of programs to include recurring operating needs and personnel service expenses.
