- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees & internal customers regarding HR and Finance inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses or directing them to the appropriate internal resources.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR and Finance-related documentation.
- Support and Handle our live operations channels (Chat & Phone)
- Analyze Data insights to improve processes and enhance the customer's experience
- Follow up on service now tickets
