Job Description
Responsibilities
- Guide prospective BS/MD and direct medical program applicants through the admissions process, including school selection, application strategy, essays, resumes, recommendations, timelines, and interviews
- Help students strengthen their academic and extracurricular profiles and develop compelling application materials
- Support students in researching and evaluating best-fit BS/MD, pre‑med, and undergraduate programs aligned with their goals and interests
- Provide guidance and feedback on personal statements, supplemental essays, and interview preparation
- Support students with project planning, application timeline management, and progress tracking
- Stay up to date on BS/MD, direct medical, pre‑med, and undergraduate admissions trends
Requirements
- MD or DO degree required
- Prior admissions committee experience at the undergraduate or medical school level
