BSL Teaching Assistant (SEN - Complex Needs)

This role is within a specialist SEN provision supporting students with hearing impairments alongside complex needs.

• Confident using BSL in structured and unstructured settings
• Willing to learn and develop

Daily Structure

Your day will include:

• Supporting morning transitions
• Delivering communication support during lessons
• Assisting with personal and emotional needs
• Supporting structured play and interaction

Staff remain on site until 3:30pm–4:30pm for planning and documentation.
