- Over 3 years of experience in IT field and over 2 year of experience as BSE
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of software development processes
- Knowledge of agile, scrum
- Have experience of request definition with clients directly
- Can write the detail design documents of the software by Japanese
- Good multi-task skills
