  SUMMARY: 
 This position manages warehouse staff and is responsible for all warehouse inventory and orders accurateness and efficiencies .  
  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 
 Manage team checking all deliveries to ensure counts are accurate and product in not damaged before receiving into X3. Must note damages, shortages and overages on delivery receipt before signing. Document discrepancies.
 Assist with interviewing, hiring and training team ensuring that they have the tools and abilities to perform their jobs. Work with upper management in progressive discipline and termination situations.
 Ensure FIFO rules are followed rotating stock as needed
 Train team in all SOP’s
 Perform daily cycle counts. Each item must be counted at least once per quarter.
 Maintain product integrity and check shelves for appropriate inventory levels...
