Bridge Caseworker: Integrated Addiction & Mental Health Support

The Salvation Army Manukau Bridge Centre in Auckland seeks an experienced, qualified and registered Social Worker, Counsellor, or Addictions Practitioner for its residential programme in Manukau. This permanent role offers 40 hours per week.

The successful candidate will provide integrated care for individuals with co-occurring addiction and mental health issues, facilitate groups, and work within the Salvation Army Bridge Programme Model and its policies.
