Braze Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Serko Ltd., a cutting‑edge tech platform in business travel and expense technology, is seeking a hands‑on Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to scale and optimise customer communications in Braze across email, push and in‑app channels.

You will build audiences, create journeys, set triggers and deploy campaigns, focusing on onboarding, retention, reactivation and promotions while maintaining brand consistency and data accuracy. Collaboration with design and martech partners is essential.
