The Brand Activation Manager (m/w/d) is responsible for translating brand strategy into impactful in‑market activation plans at country level. Reporting to the S&W Cluster Senior Marketing Director (with a dotted line to the Market Lead), this role ensures seamless alignment between Brand, CS&I, Sales and Commercial teams to deliver strong brand visibility and execution.
Scope of the Role
Translate brand strategy and KPIs into clear, actionable activation plans in close partnership with Brand Managers, CS&I and the Market Lead.
Define distribution priorities, reach ambitions and price positioning based on brand strategy, competitive benchmarks and consumer perception, aligned with CS&I, Sales and RGM.
Determine required in‑store assets to maximize activation impact, incorporating shopper insights and feasibility input from CS&I.
