Brand Visual Director: Color & Image Lead

We are looking for a Color & Image Director to own and define how Vacier looks across every platform. This is a senior creative position for someone who understands color, light, and material perception at a deep level, and who can build a visual system that holds. You will be responsible for ensuring that every piece of content Vacier publishes reflects a consistent, premium, and intentional identity. You will work closely with our Creative Director and collaborate across teams to establish and maintain a unified visual standard. This role follows a hybrid working model with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. Our offices are located in Barcelona and Sarajevo, and you’ll be expected to work on-site 2–3 days per week.
