A performance-driven e-commerce group running a portfolio of health, wellness, and beauty brands across Europe. Direct-to-consumer, fast-moving, data-led.

Compensation 4,000-8,000€ per month before taxes, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the path from research to finished ad: build target avatars, find angles, write copy, brief creators, and read data to decide what’s next.
• Research the audience and build target avatars—pains, desires, beliefs, objections—and turn them into angles for paid social (Meta, TikTok ads).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct-response copywriting (DTC/e-commerce).
• Fluent in English.
• Remote location within Europe.
