An opportunity to lead a high-performing branded restaurant operation, driving both commercial success and team development. This role would suit a hands‑on General Manager from a fast‑paced, guest‑led restaurant environment, ideally with experience in a branded casual dining, premium casual dining, or high‑volume restaurant setting.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have led structured restaurant operations with strong front of house and back of house alignment, clear service standards, and a consistent focus on guest experience.
