Brand Ambassadors represent the TUMI brand in a boutique setting, providing personalized customer service and supporting sales objectives.

• Welcoming and engaging with customers visiting the boutique.
• Providing personalized consultation and styling advice.
• Assisting in achieving boutique KPIs and sales targets.
• Presenting merchandise in accordance with guidelines and maintaining a tidy store consistent with client expectations.
• Coordinating, liaising, and assisting customers with after‑sales service (repair).
• Performing assigned duties as requested by Supervisor/Manager.

• Previous retail, sales, and/or hospitality experience is a major plus.
• Computer literate and familiar with POS systems.
