Job Description
Brand education and mentoring experience 40%
- Advocate as an Ambassadorial role, host event/mentoring/training activities based on activation plan & customer needs
- Assist Brand team on developing assets and tools of Drinking strategy/mentoring format/tasting notes/drinking rituals/ VIPs engagement experience
- Recruit & convert Key influencers and HWNIs through trial & brand education, with deep understanding of HWNIs/luxury VIPs insight
- Responsible for observing and reporting new trends in the industry and competitor activities to the Brand Teams, in particular by maintaining a social media monitoring of Red Breast & Irish Malts & Craft Malts and relevant trends, and following offline category consumption trends
