Branch Policies & Procedures Head

This position is under the Retail Banking Business Segment. The Branch Policies and Procedures Head shall be responsible for the development and dissemination of comprehensive Branch Banking policies and procedures, memorandum, manual, guidelines for use of the branches that will:

• serve as authoritative and substantive point of reference for all approved policies, procedures, instructions, information, rules and regulations
• guide the branches in the conduct of their operations and employees in carrying out their job effectively
• guide in setting standards of performance for employees
• serve as basis for enjoining compliance to policies and procedures
