Lead a High-Performing Distribution Branch as Branch Manager – Nanaimo, BC
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Branch Manager in the Mechanical & Fire Protection Sector in Nanaimo, British Columbia. This permanent position offers the opportunity to lead and grow a well‑established distribution branch serving Nanaimo and surrounding areas. You will oversee sales performance, customer relationships, inventory, and team leadership while driving business development and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall branch operations, performance, and profitability
- Develop and grow new and existing customer accounts across the region
- Oversee sales orders, quotations, deliveries, and customer issue resolution
- Manage inventory levels, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate branch staff while promoting health and safety compliance
