Reporting to the Area Manager - SA and based at our Mildura branch, you will lead a small team and drive revenue growth, customer retention and market share while delivering strong operational, safety and financial performance. You will set clear safety standards with a focus on compliance, while building team capability through effective people management and problem-solving.
What you will be doing:
Lead and embed a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with systems, legislation, incident management, training and risk controls.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including SOPs, contractor management, quality assurance, maintenance programs and DIFOT performance.
