Branch Manager - Kuching

The Branch Manager reports to the Head of Consumer Electronics and oversees business operations, sales performance, and profitability across Sarawak & Brunei. He or she leads the sales team and develops strategic relationships with dealers and key accounts, driving market share growth and ensuring operational excellence while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction across the full range of Consumer Electronics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall branch operations, ensuring achievement of sales, profit, and operational targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to grow market share in Sarawak & Brunei.
• Manage and coach the branch sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, developers, government agencies, and corporate customers.
