Managing all aspects of the local retail branch Mentoring and growing the core team, recognizing that a manager’s success is only possible with a strong team Working closely with the vibrant Roofmart Sales Team to provide world‑class support and build strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers as well as assisting in the development of new customers Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners, and customers by converting them away from competitor products Qualifications
