Job Description
We are building a talent pool of Customer Service Representatives (CSR) who will handle customer interactions across various accounts. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the system
- Follow standard operating procedures and meet performance metrics (e.g., AHT, CSAT, resolution time)
